You are responsible for protocol and hospitality functions in the Defence Technology Collaboration Office.
What You Will Be Working On
- Plan and execute official visits and ceremonies
- Manage protocol requirements for events
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements
- Handle budget management and procurement
- Build stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with protocols
- Oversee event logistics

What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of working experience in events management, preferably in protocol and hospitality functions for senior leadership and international guests is preferred
- Strong event management skills
- Protocol and hospitality expertise
- Budget management experience
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail
