Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation seeks a seasoned cost control and contract management professional to oversee planning, design, construction and commissioning of transformative large-scale infrastructure projects. You will handle cost estimates, budgeting, value engineering and tender processes across multiple phases, ensuring value and quality are maintained.

The role covers post-contract administration, cost performance monitoring, risk management and resolving contract disputes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project & Facilities Management, Building, Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years post-graduate relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in large-scale multi-disciplinary engineering infrastructure projects or complex building projects.
• Experience across the full life-cycle of infrastructure projects (planning to commissioning) would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with public sector projects and gateway processes would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project & Facilities Management, Building, Construction Management or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8 years post-graduate relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Possess quantity surveying and/or contract management and administration experience in large-scale multi-disciplinary engineering infrastructure projects or complex building projects.
• Experience in the entire life-cycle of infrastructure projects (from planning and design phase through to construction and commissioning phase) would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with public sector projects and gateway processes would be an advantage.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

What we are looking for:

This is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
