A leading company in the entertainment industry is seeking a Manager for their Product & Tech Public Policy team. This role involves strategic positioning, advocacy efforts, and collaboration across various teams to develop approaches to challenges in media service regulations. Candidates should have a degree in public policy or a related field, proven experience in public policy, and familiarity with the media landscape.

The Policy Strategy Partners (PSP) team sits within Netflix’s Global Affairs team, as a global, central function to provide substantive advice, industry and business acumen, strategic vision, global connectivity and intelligence to our regional policy teams and the business as a whole.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager to sit in the Product & Tech Public Policy team within PSP to help design and implement strategic positioning and advocacy efforts. The Product & Tech Public Policy Team serves as a resource for colleagues around the world, in many other teams across the business, within the Global Affairs team, and for regional and country policy leads, in areas including accessibility, online safety, connectivity, media or tech policy. The Product & Tech Public Policy Team also leads the company’s engagements with civil society and industry organizations involved in tech policy.
The PSP team is highly integrated and collaborative. The role will also work closely with other parts of the PSP and Global Affairs teams (including other subject matter areas, such as sustainability, culture or trade policy) in developing analysis and collaborating on engagements and responses.
