Job Title:

Manager, Product Management - Dynamic Yield

Overview:

The Manager, Product Management - Dynamic Yield is a key role within the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team in AP. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Dynamic Yield (DY) product strategy by consistently delivering, innovating, problem solving, and partnering across business lines, while growing product revenue and creating competitive differentiation for Mastercard.
The candidate will have responsibility for market product management, sales coordination, and achievement of revenue targets, helping ensure the maximization of value for Mastercard and our customers.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in delivering personalization and digital marketing initiatives, especially those leveraging marketing technology. They are passionate about data-driven, customer-focused solutions, highly motivated, intellectually curious, solutions-oriented, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, they are known for being highly collaborative, managing complex and concurrent projects to flawless completion, and passionate about building successful teams.
The position reports to the VP, CA&E Platform Products, Asia Pacific, and works closely with the Global Mastercard DY team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the development & execution of long-term product strategy and go-to-market plans for personalization solutions via Dynamic Yield capabilities to capture market opportunities in APAC.
2. Collaborate with Mastercard SBLs and specialist teams to establish integrated plans across prioritized markets and segments.
3. Monitor product revenue, profitability, and other KPIs; ensure revenue targets are met.
4. Coordinate with CA&E commercialization team, Services BDs, SBLs to manage market-facing bundles and opportunity pipelines; work with customer success teams to ensure customer value realization.
5. Ensure DY product compliance with Mastercard’s Studio framework from concept through launch.
6. Assess expansion plans considering market relevance.
7. Develop and maintain ongoing assessment of the competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and product roadmap.
8. Capture customer feedback and communicate to global product teams.

• Proven success in matrixed and distributed organizations supporting product go-to-market strategies.
• Analytical problem solver with a solid understanding of industry trends and the value chain.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, martech, or personalization, with strong product management or solution engineering background.
• Training in product management methodologies and experience communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to build trust, secure executive sponsorship, and establish enduring relationships.
