Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management

The Manager, Product Management for AI Fraud solutions will be part of the APAC regional product team responsible for managing the AI/ML fraud management suite of solutions across the region.

The regional team supports acquirers and issuers in managing their fraud through a comprehensive suite of solutions addressing specific pain points. We are a highly functional team, growing and increasing the presence of our solutions and capabilities in the region. We collaborate with various stakeholders within Mastercard, such as global product teams, regional account management, divisions teams, and Services BD, to bring value with our suite of products.

The Manager will play a critical role in our regional evolution, with a divisional focus, and will contribute to the overall regional strategy. They will be responsible for driving the execution of our innovative solutions, focusing on commercialization, capturing new segments and opportunities, while ensuring that existing initiatives are executed as planned.

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who can think creatively, execute reliably, and work cross-functionally. The role requires an individual capable of prioritizing efforts discipline and managing through ambiguity comfortably.

About You:

1. Problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop solutions.
2. Sense of ownership with the ability to manage tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision.
3. Technical know-how and understanding of API implementations.
4. Experience in acquiring or fraud management, with a total work experience of 7-10 years preferred.
5. Program management capabilities to oversee implementations and/or rollouts of customer or country-level programs.
6. Analytical skills to identify and analyze relevant data and develop insights for GTM strategies.
7. Ability to create compelling GTM collateral and socialize with stakeholders.
8. Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively to decision-makers.
9. A persuasive go-getter with follow-up skills and accountability for task completion.
