Job description

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Location: Changi Airport

Work Hours: Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner divisions in project planning, procurement, contract awards and management

• Review and drive the improvement of procurement controls and processes

• Support the monthly closing, forecast, and budget exercises in updating data, consolidating information, and developing reports, impactful trends, and variance analysis

• Process procurement transactions, ensuring compliance and value for money

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5 years of procurement experience

• Highly motivated self-starter, resourceful and analytical

• Able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills

• Past procurement experience in public agencies is advantageous

• Relevant experience in the use of systems including GeBIZ, Workday, and Workflow is advantageous
