Manager (Procurement) – 6-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $6,000/month
Location: East (Changi Airport)
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. You’ll work closely with internal divisions to oversee procurement processes, ensure compliance, and support project and financial planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with departments on procurement strategies, project planning, contract awards, and vendor management.

  • Review and improve procurement processes and internal controls.

  • Support month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting by updating data and analyzing trends and variances.

  • Handle procurement transactions, ensuring value for money and full compliance with policies.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience.

  • Self-starter with strong analytical and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in public sector procurement (e.g. GeBIZ, Workday, Workflow systems) is an advantage.
