What the role is:

This strategic position supports the Community Chest Committee, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside key decision-makers and contribute to shaping Singapore's social services landscape. The role combines high-level committee management with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

What you will be working on:

Key Responsibilities

Committee Management & Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Community Chest Committee members, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support
  • Orchestrate committee meetings, including venue arrangements, logistics coordination, and hospitality management
  • Develop and distribute high-quality meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, presentation decks, and analytical reports
  • Implement robust tracking systems for meeting action items and ensure timely follow-through with stakeholders
  • Maintain systematic documentation of committee proceedings and decisions

Stakeholder Communications

  • Craft and manage professional communications with committee members and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective information flow between committee members and relevant parties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Policy and Planning

  • Support strategic planning initiatives and policy development
  • Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of existing processes
  • Manage special projects as assigned by senior leadership
