Job description

  • Deliver efficient and effective HR operations, by implementing processes and systems that support HR polices and initiatives. Develop communications materials and plan the engagement sessions to ensure changes are well implemented. Guide and train relevant team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operational activities, guide, train and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR operations team.
  • Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR operations needs.
  • Design, monitor, and improve HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a people centred perspective.
  • Develop training materials, communications plan and engage with all stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented.
  • Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
  • Lead and/or participate in Groups' projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
  • Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
  • Critical thinker and process-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.
