As MOHH's brand custodian, the Strategic Communications and Marketing Division oversees all aspects of corporate branding and communications to grow and strengthen MOHH's identity as well as to drive effective reputation management for the company. We also helm national public education campaigns to support and advance MOH's healthcare agenda for Singapore.

We are looking for a Manager, Outreach & Partnerships, to join MOHH’s Strategic Communications and Marketing team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Partnerships Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive organisational objectives and enhance market presence
  • Identify, evaluate and secure high-value partnership opportunities, including development of compelling pitch decks and ROI models
  • Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key partners while creating innovative collaboration frameworks
  • Lead partnership negotiations and agreement management to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Drive cross-promotional opportunities with partners to amplify campaign reach
  • Implement robust partnership performance tracking and optimization frameworks

Outreach & Events Management

  • Develop comprehensive outreach and engagement strategies aligned with campaign objectives
  • Spearhead end-to-end event management for physical, virtual, and hybrid formats, including:

(a) Strategic planning and stakeholder consultation

(b) Programming and content development

(c) Vendor and sponsor management

(d) Logistics and production oversight

  • Drive integrated marketing approach by connecting offline experiences with broader campaign initiatives
  • Manage comprehensive budget lifecycle including:

(a) Annual budget planning and allocation

(b) Cost optimisation and tracking

(c) Financial compliance across all initiatives

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects with focus on quality delivery, timeline adherence, and cost-effectiveness

Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks to evaluate initiative effectiveness
  • Conduct strategic analysis of programme ROI and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop data-driven recommendations through stakeholder feedback analysis and performance tracking
  • Maintain robust stakeholder engagement database and analytics dashboard

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, events management
  • Proven success in developing and managing high-value partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated project management expertise
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and negotiation
  • Track record of innovative activation development and execution
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
