Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage the cluster responsible for high-level mid to long-term planning of Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and link to production capacity across 10 global sites.
  2. Coordinate feedback from production sites on capacity and CapEx to meet demand and forecasts using systematic planning.
  3. Challenge and justify equipment investment requests to optimize CapEx and improve planning accuracy.
  4. Engage stakeholders proactively to identify and resolve forecast and supply risks.
  5. Drive production capacity optimization across global sites.
  6. Oversee planning master data changes in PGS+ as a key interface.
  7. Lead projects to improve internal processes and harmonize planning tools and methods globally.
  8. Establish global guidelines and governance processes to ensure compliance.
  9. Generate management reports to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Your Profile

You are suited for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business, with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
  • A strong work ethic, self-driven, proactive, and highly adaptable to change, with the ability to deliver reports under tight deadlines.
  • Solid business acumen, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management experience.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams across cultures efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience with Data analytics tools, such as Tableau, is an advantage.
