Job description:

The Operations and Tenancy Management team is responsible for enhancing the competitiveness and operations of Changi Airport's airside retail, F&B and services businesses. This is an integral part of our efforts to make Changi Airport a leading duty-free shopping and dining destination with excellence in operations and service.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us in the team. You will play an important role in managing tenancies and operations of leased spaces in Changi Airport's transit areas. Your role will include tenancy management, tenant relations management, operations and project management, renovations, as well as service and sales performance analysis. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in tenancy operations policy formulations as well as planning and execution of initiatives to improve the operations and service standards of our concessions.

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Business/Real Estate/Retail Management/Estate Management/ Facilities Management/Tourism Studies or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in related industries such as tenancy management, mall management and retail project management
• Prior experience in the field of Luxury fashion and beauty categories will be an added advantage
• A good team player, results oriented, creative and resourceful with a strong eye for detail
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a challenging environment, and disciplined and able to work well within timelines and under pressure.
• Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
