· Manage the physical infrastructure maintenance, enhancements and improvement works of the school premises
· Be the appointed Fire Safety Manager for the entire school
· Scope the facilities management plan and the relevant budgeting for it
· Lead the implementation and review of robust security and safety procedures and measures, to ensure adherence to prevailing guidelines, health advisories, and fire and emergency regulations or frameworks
· Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, contractors and personnel from outsourced vendors
· Foster and maintain good working relationships with vendors such as school van operators, aircon and maintenance service staff, and cleaners to support efficient operation of services
· Take charge of procuring relevant services, contract renewals and tender processes
· Work closely with counterparts from relevant government agencies on safety and infrastructure matters.
· Maintain good documentation of maintenance records, vendor records, and schedule of maintenance
· Formulate and oversee an Emergency Response Plan and best practices
