Lendlease Singapore is currently seeking an Operational Assurance Manager, based at 313@Somerset.

The Operational Assurance Manager will be responsible for administering and coordinating property operations services and management systems, applying theoretical knowledge and judgment within defined parameters. Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding corporate requirements on all aspects such as EH&S, sustainability, risk management, and operations, ensuring assets adhere to these policies.
• Staying updated on regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance across assets.
• Identifying courses, training, workshops, and seminars to enhance the competency of operations teams; developing and upskilling team members.
• Developing and managing documents, processes, and systems related to property operations in line with company policies.
• Monitoring and assisting the property operations team to ensure compliance with local authority and statutory requirements, especially regarding essential services and Occupational, Health & Safety legislation.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and management of OPEX, CAPEX, and sinking funds, including providing operational financial input on new developments and asset enhancement projects.
• Managing EH&S performance, annual EH&S plan progress, GMR compliance, and critical incident reports.
• Providing visible EH&S leadership during asset visits to test GMR compliance.
• Auditing assets independently and as per scheduled timelines outlined in the EH&S Management System.
• Communicating changes in local EH&S legislation to relevant teams.
• Leading asset operations to achieve EH&S Multi-Year Plan goals.
• Familiarity with corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
• Exploring new technologies and conducting studies to determine the feasibility of implementing innovations that enhance operational efficiency or cost savings.
