Manager, Office of Risk Management (2-yr contract)
In pursuing SingHealth's vision of "Defining Tomorrow's Medicine" and supporting CGH's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme, as a Manager, you will support the Deputy Director, Office of Risk Management in strengthening the strategic and corporate risk function.
Responsibilities

Strategic Support
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and risk governance framework development
- Provide advisory support to risk owners and stakeholders
- Support clarification of governance roles and harmonize mitigation strategies with ERM and risk management related frameworks (such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 etc.)

ERM framework development and implementation
- Facilitate the implementation of strategic and corporate risk management frameworks
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures
- Support data-driven research and risk assessments using spreadsheets, software and data visualization tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI and AI platforms, etc.) to identify trends and quantify exposures for evidence-based decision making

Project Management and Operational Support
- Coordinate and support end-to-end project risk management and cross-functional risk activities
- Manage documentation and reporting processes
- Facilitate the ERM Key Risk Mitigation Reviews
- Support the Strategic ERM Workplan and Budget exercise

Education and Capability Development
- Support training and development programmes for risk management.
- Facilitate the risk champion/representative programme and cross-institutional knowledge sharing
- Support the promotion of risk awareness aligned with cluster, industry and global risk management framework, standards and best practices

- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Professional certifications in risk management (such as RIMS-CRMP and ABCP) preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of corporate experience, with at least 3 years in risk management preferred.
- Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective organizational, communication, documentation, training facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO 31000, COSO ERM and relevant global risk management standards/frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and in teams.
- Proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving.
