The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our India-based recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume hiring and will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective retention strategies to ensure long-term employee satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  3. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and campus recruitment.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job specifications, and create compelling job postings.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  6. Work closely with the Director / Sr. Manager of HR and management to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and engagement.
  7. Analyze recruitment and retention metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve processes; provide regular reports to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
  9. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  10. Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and employee retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
