Job description

As a Manager at our company located in Thane (West), you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other laws. Your key responsibilities will include managing monthly book closures and financial statements, preparing budgets, and analyzing actual vs. planned performance. You will also handle treasury functions, liaise with banks, oversee financial operations, and implement cost controls to optimize funds and minimize finance costs and risks. Delivering MIS reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash & Fund Plans, and analyzing revenues and costs segment-wise and product-wise will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will support in direct and indirect tax matters, including assessments, while working in an ERP environment.To excel in this role, you must hold a CA (Intermediate or higher) qualification and possess proficiency in ERP systems, direct & indirect taxation. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, and experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.This is a full-time position where you will lead and innovate financial operations in a dynamic environment.
