What the role is:

You serve as the Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert on National Service (NS) call-up related policies, providing credible advice and support to unit commanders in all NS call-up matters.

What you will be working on:

- Provide expert advice on NS call-up policies- Adhere to prevailing guidelines and meet various NS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Provide timely responses to customer feedback- Generate analytical data for management- Monitor developments in NS issues- Anticipate potential issues and respond to evolving needs of NSmenChallenge(s)- Keeping abreast of NS policy developments- Remaining agile in responding to evolving needs and concerns of NSmen
