What The Role Is

You serve as the Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert on National Service (NS) call-up related policies, providing credible advice and support to unit commanders in all NS call-up matters.

What You Will Be Working On

• Provide expert advice on NS call-up policies
• Adhere to prevailing guidelines and meet various NS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Provide timely responses to customer feedback
• Generate analytical data for management
• Monitor developments in NS issues
• Anticipate potential issues and respond to evolving needs of NSmen
