What The Role Is
You serve as the Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert on National Service (NS) call-up related policies, providing credible advice and support to unit commanders in all NS call-up matters.
What You Will Be Working On
- Provide expert advice on NS call-up policies
- Adhere to prevailing guidelines and meet various NS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide timely responses to customer feedback
- Generate analytical data for management
- Monitor developments in NS issues
- Anticipate potential issues and respond to evolving needs of NSmen

- Remaining agile in responding to evolving needs and concerns of NSmen
