Manager (NS Relations & Engagement) - Pasir Ris

What the role is:

You serve as a key liaison between NSmen and the NS management system while ensuring positive NS experiences through effective human resource and administrative management.

What you will be working on:

1. Resolve NSmen HR and administrative issues
2. Manage staffing and succession planning
3. Coordinate performance appraisals
4. Oversee course attendance
5. Conduct Pre-Operationally Ready Date (ORD) engagement meetings
6. Support cohesion activities
7. Train Personnel Support Platoons
8. Interface with multiple stakeholders

5. Meeting diverse NSmen requirements
