Manager (Museum Strategy)*

About the role

You play a key role in driving the strategic development of MINDEF/SAF's museums as engagement channels to help Singaporeans better appreciate defence issues and challenges.

What you will be working on

• Chart mid-term and long-term capability development plans
• Drive implementation of museum capability and process improvements
• Oversee engagement plans with museum industry practitioners
• Identify and develop collaborative opportunities
• Monitor latest trends in museum landscape

Challenge(s)

• Keeping current with evolving museum trends and engagement practices

What we are looking for

• Education in Business, Arts or Social Sciences fields
• At least 4 years of experience in policy planning and formulation and/or project management is preferred
• Museum-related experience is advantageous
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
