Join Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd as a Lead for Training Initiatives, where you will manage the implementation of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records system. You will ensure effective training programs across institutions, liaising with clinical and IT teams, to support patient care and operational excellence.
Join our Medical Informatics Office team where you will play a crucial role in leading a team and supporting the implementation of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system. You will work closely with clinical and IT stakeholders, and ensure our users are equipped to adopt and optimise the new system to support safe patient care, cutting-edge research and world-class education. Your responsibilities will include:
Support the application leads by coordinating the assignment of the analysts
Act as a key liaison between clinical, IT and operational teams to define the project scope, training objectives and measurable deliverables
Design, develop and manage a comprehensive training programme that ensures end-user readiness across all institutions and departments
Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of training initiatives in alignment with project timelines and organizational priorities
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make continuous improvements
Ensure that training strategy supports the overall vision and mission of the organisation, focusing on improved patient outcomes, enhanced user experience and operational excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial / supervisory experience
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordination
Certification in Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good stakeholder management skills
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
