Key Responsibilities
NGEMR workflow planning
Liaise with planning leads to gather NGEMR requirements
Coordinate between end users and GMIO/Synapxe team
Spearhead NGEMR facility structure planning - work closely with hospital operations planning team to design NGEMR workflows
Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to understand requriements and develop appropriate NGEMR workflows
Coordinate meetings, book vanues, collate agenda, minutes writing and arrange for catering requirements when necessary. Maintain filing system, manually or electronically in shared drive.
Content knowledge of NGEMR applications (optional)
NGEMR knowledge is preferred but not necessary
Able to facilitate discussions and direct queries to relevant stakeholders
Undergo NUHS Ops Builder program (or equivalent) to attain the necessary skills (optional)
EMR change requests at BAU
Consolidate EMR change requests for presentation at weekly cluster meeting
Liaison between CMIO and end users for clarifications and approvals
MI Office operations
Ensures that MI office responsibilities at hospital level are met
Support CMIO to handle MI-related domains
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in preferably healthcare, computer science, business or related field
Post-graduate training in a relevant topic/specialty will be an advantage
Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Operations and 3 years' experience in managing a team
Experience in IT project management is preferred.
Experience in clinical systems implementation is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in English and at least 1 other local language
Relevant application training at Certification / Proficiency level
