Mission of the Role: We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Manager / Head of Media Buying to lead and optimize our paid media efforts. You will lead our in-house media buying function, overseeing two specialized teams: Facebook/Google Ads and Native Ads. Your mission is to scale our existing campaigns profitably, particularly on Meta, while ensuring strong performance across Google and Native platforms. You’ll also chart our expansion into new channels like TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This role is central to driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROAS, and building a sustainable paid growth engine across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and own the full-funnel paid media strategy across multiple brands and geographies
Lead and motivate teams handling Facebook/Google Ads and Native Ads, mentor and develop team members to ensure that they succeed in our goals.
Collaborate with creative, CRO, and product teams to align campaigns with brand and business goals
Spearhead new media buying platforms and channels to achieve sales goals.
Collaborate closely with leadership to shape and evolve the paid growth roadmap
Performance Marketing
Launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Native, and emerging platforms
Use data-driven experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality testing, etc.) to drive continuous improvements in performance
Scale winning campaigns while controlling CAC and maintaining high ROAS
Reporting and Analytics
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track campaign performance and ROI
Present performance reports and insights to senior management, providing strategic recommendations for improvement
Budget Management
Manage and optimize overall media buying budgets across channels with clear performance targets, to ensure efficient spending and maximum return
Forecast and plan future budget allocations based on performance data and market trends
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in media buying, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven expertise in Facebook paid advertising, including advanced targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, native advertising, and other media buying platforms
Proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, native ad platforms)
Experience in the health and beauty industry is a bonus
Excellent strategic planning and budget management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated success in running multi-platform advertising campaigns
Up-to-date knowledge of social media advertising trends and best practices
