Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and marketing of retail spaces.
• Lead and manage the team to formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the commercial properties.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, and managing lease renewals.
• Managing day-to-day functions of the department and providing supervision to staff.
• Responsible for preparing reports and budgets.
• Manage and maintain good tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably BSc (Real Estate) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years relevant experience.
• Possess good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the tenancy documentation process for leasing.
• Must be resourceful, self-motivated, and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently in an evolving environment.
• Team player with a pleasant personality.
