Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy for membership programme that drive visitation, loyalty and revenue for the Mandai Wildlife Reserve — from awareness, acquisition, onboarding, engagement and to retention.
- Develop strategies and planning for new segments, including sales acquisition and promotions.
- Develop tiered programme offerings with compelling benefits aligned to members’ needs.
- Develop strategies and planning for new segments, including sales acquisition and promotions.
- Review and enhance membership features based on members’ feedback, survey on market trends, and operational feasibility.
- Drive membership acquisition through seasonal promotions, on-site sign-up initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns.
- OverseeGo-To-Market plans for membership launches, new tier introductions, or major partnership activations including paid media, SEM, social, on-site promotions and strategic partner cross-promotions.
- Develop campaign planning to increase engagement, renewal rates and reduce churn.
- Use system and data to generate insights and inform targeted campaigns and programme adjustments.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, institutions, corporate entities to offer exclusive perks and value-adds to the membership programme.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless member journey from sign-up to renewal.
- Monitor key membership KPIs including acquisition, renewal, visitation frequency and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align membership goals across the attraction, including ensuring seamless integration of membership systems.
- Plan and execute membership campaigns, including sign-up drives and seasonal promotions.
- Plan and execute exclusive member experiences such as previews, programmes and workshops.
- Plan and execute membership promotions and contests to drive visits and engagement.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver compelling marketing materials and GTM plans.
Job Requirement
- Degree with minimally 8 years of relevant work experience in Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing, Business Development and Sales.
- Sales-driven and result-oriented to meet revenue goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of personal energy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of guest experience and customer lifecycle in an attraction environment
- Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Creative and resourceful in campaign and benefit ideation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and visitor analytics tools will be an advantage
- An independent and pro-active team player with positive attitude, detail-minded, able to multi-task in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude and willingness to undertake additional projects for own development.
