Singapore Business Federation is seeking a Manager of Marketing & Communications for a 4-month contract in Singapore. You will lead communications projects, manage event-related PR, and coordinate video, sponsored content, and annual report efforts.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills, with experience in media relations and content production. You will work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-impact communications across platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing or content production.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience adapting content for different audiences and channels.
• Good project coordination skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
• Experience in media relations, sponsored content or video production is an advantage.
• Organised and able to manage several time-sensitive deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the corporate video project from planning through production, approvals and final delivery, including supporting cutdowns where applicable.
• Coordinate advertorials and sponsored content, including story development, interviews, internal approvals, publication and supporting social media content.
• Support communications for selected events and initiatives through media releases, pitches, social content, event publicity, stakeholder coordination and media support, as required.
• Support communications deliverables for the annual report, including coordinating content and inputs, copy review, messaging, approvals and production timelines.
• Track deadlines, approvals and dependencies across assigned workstreams, and provide timely updates to the team.
• Undertake other related duties as reasonably assigned to support the Marketing & Communications Division.
