- Impact the Brand Financials
- Build Marketing Plans and Budget for executing on objectives
- Monitor and improve %Sales and ROI from marketing activities
- Define brand objectives in terms of salience, footfalls, and consumer experience via ATL & BTL activities
- Implement new initiatives for business generation
- Monitor marketing budget and expenditure
- Understand and track consumer needs and insights
- Conduct external and internal research and feedback collection
- Understand shopper segments and buying triggers
Digital Marketing
- Develop and enhance AE website to international benchmarks
- Ensure brand salience on digital platforms
- Craft and execute campaigns aligned with marketing calendar
- Utilize social media, SEM, display banners for advertising
- Innovate with campaigns, contests, events, and activations
- Coordinate with Social Media Command Centre for customer feedback and campaign response
- Implement targeted, hyper-localized ads and offers
- Launch new blog and microsites
- Collaborate with stakeholders for digital campaigns
- Recruit brand ambassadors from within customer base
PR & Events
- Engage media influencers and organize store launch events
- Support stylists and generate sales leads
Ecommerce
- Drive online traffic and improve website conversions
- Manage digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, and social media
- Oversee website redesign and usability improvements
- Plan and control digital marketing budgets
VM & Store Support
- Identify marketing opportunities to support retail stores
- Develop store-specific promotional strategies
- Support VM with GTM concepts and in-store collateral
