We are looking for a Manager, Marketing to join our team!
As a Manager, Marketing, we rely on you to:
- Support the Director of Marketing to drive positioning, customer engagement, and commercial objectives for the resort
- Lead integrated marketing efforts by planning, developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print and advertising platforms, managing the entire campaign lifecycle
- Identify and implement strategic partnerships and co-branded activations
- Support resort-wide business priorities and HQ/regional-led projects
- Create marketing assets, including photography, videography, digital and print collaterals, and guest communication materials
- Uphold brand consistency, ensuring alignment across all marketing assets, channels and customer touchpoints. Maintain information on owned and external channels, ensuring up-to-date content, and deploy website enhancements as needed.
- Lead content strategy and manage social media channels, including content ideation, creation and tracking
- Develop and manage advertising plans and creative development across digital platforms
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing insights for optimisation
- Drive media outreach, prepare and distribute press releases and media kits
- Forge good relations with media, journalists and influencers through hosting and engagement. Handle media enquiries, maintain media databases, and track coverage
- Respond to public reviews and comments on key platforms
- Work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
- Assist to manage and guide junior team members
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with brand guidelines, company processes and policies
- Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights, and implement marketing activations that elevate visibility and appeal
We are looking for someone who:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in hospitality or travel industries
- Strong communication, content creation, and public relations skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong analytical capabilities
- Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing, particularly social media strategies and channels
- Experience with design and editing platforms
- Excellent project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in emerging marketing trends, consumer insights and industry developments
