Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to develop and grow a portfolio of local, regional, and global collaborations that boost brand visibility and guest experiences.

You will identify partners across corporations, travel brands, financial services, and sustainability sectors; lead end-to-end deal development, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing partner relationships to drive revenue and strategic growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sponsorships, strategic alliances, or commercial development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing, securing, and growing strategic accounts or partnerships with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing senior corporate stakeholders, preparing partnership proposals, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Strong understanding of tourism, hospitality, attractions, lifestyle, travel, loyalty, financial services, or destination marketing sectors.
  • Commercially minded, data-driven, and able to translate partnership opportunities into revenue, brand, audience, or guest experience impact.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities with local, regional, and global partners across corporate, travel, lifestyle, financial services, retail, technology, sustainability, tourism, and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners through market research, inbound lead follow-up, outbound outreach, networking, client visits, and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Assess partner needs, market trends, business objectives, and audience profiles to identify high-impact collaboration opportunities that deliver mutual commercial and brand value.
  • Lead the end-to-end partnership development process, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, agreement closure, onboarding, execution, and ongoing account management.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative co-branded campaigns, promotional initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and commercial programs that drive revenue, brand visibility, market reach, and guest engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of partnership deliverables, campaign timelines, contractual obligations, and agreed performance outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, guest experiences, and commercial priorities to recommend relevant partnership solutions and value propositions.
  • Analyze, forecast, measure, and report partnership performance, campaign results, revenue contribution, and return on investment to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and uncover opportunities for renewal, expansion, or deeper collaboration.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on partnership trends, commercial opportunities, growth initiatives, and potential high-value collaborations.

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of strategic local, regional, and global partnerships that enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, expand market reach, and create meaningful guest experiences.

The job holder will identify, secure, and cultivate partnerships with leading corporations, financial institutions, travel brands, lifestyle companies, tourism organizations, conservation partners, and other strategic stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for creating innovative partnership programs, co-branded campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and commercial initiatives that leverage the strengths of both organizations to deliver mutual value.

This role requires a commercially astute and strategic thinker with strong relationship management, marketing, negotiation, and business development capabilities.

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities with local, regional, and global partners across corporate, travel, lifestyle, financial services, retail, technology, sustainability, tourism, and related sectors.
