Job description
What the role is

This role supports the Senior Manager for Marcomms to chart IMDA's marketing and communications strategy and orchestrate the delivery of impactful campaigns and outreach for IMDA's policies, programmes and initiatives.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business/industry comms and internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and effectively design integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Support Senior Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels to meet programme targets and deliverables. (Includes print, digital, social, activations, partnerships and sponsorships)
  • Work closely within Comms & Marketing Division to harmonise plans and ensure coherence in IMDAs narratives and campaign messaging with intended audiences.
  • Use analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns, inform policies and initiatives, as well as nudge behavioural change.
  • Management of panels of vendors and service providers from the WOG approved contract framework
What we are looking for

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in marketing with a background in marketing, mass communications or related field.
  • Adept at collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally, including media, creative and digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding of martech tech stacks and experienced in digital-led marcoms campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven measurement of campaigns.
  • Purpose-led and passionate to pursue best-in-class campaigns and work that drive results.
  • Calm disposition with ability to navigate and perform in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Experience in infocomm media related fields and media is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
