This role is based in our vibrant Singapore facility, focusing on the Water Analysis Instrument (WAI) business. As part of the Gul Circle Site Leadership team, you will play a crucial part in driving our operational success.

A day in the Life:
  • Lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators to deliver timely production.
  • Handle manufacturing engineers for sustaining efforts and technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the customer service function to incorporate customer feedback into operations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional teams on prioritization to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Participate and coordinate site activities for NPI/transfer projects.
  • Review and identify training needs for manufacturing and engineering teams.
Keys to Success:
  • Drive continuous improvement culture within the WAI operations team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure safe and conducive work environment in partnership with EHS engineer.
  • Maintain high product quality and comply to ISO9001 requirements.
Education
  • Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience
  • Proven experience in manufacturing management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
