  • Collaborate with functional, divisional, and business leaders to develop strategic deployment plans that integrate Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and digital transformation initiatives across diverse divisions.
  • Propose and develop specific goals and priorities to drive digital and Lean principles, ensuring consistent application across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Create and implement both short- and long-term value improvement plans and design a node and network blueprint for the region.
  • Serve as a change agent by influencing, communicating, and institutionalizing a culture of digitization, simplification, and standardization across the logistics network.
  • Foster employee engagement by embedding a Lean culture at manufacturing and finished goods hubs and promoting a deep understanding of Lean concepts and principles throughout the organization.
  • Develop and coach Lean skills and competencies at all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with divisional strategies.
  • Drive the implementation of Lean actions to enhance quality, safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction through on-time, in-full deliveries.
  • Direct Lean initiatives for logistics hubs, including the development of value improvement programs, Kaizen planning, and related events.
  • Ensure the adoption of Lean practices such as 5S and Standard Work across all operational areas.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making processes across logistics operations, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage talent and performance within the team, aligning priorities with strategic goals and fostering skill development through targeted feedback.
  • Drive compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and integrate safety, quality, and environmental considerations into all programs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between 3PL providers and factory teams to optimize logistics operations, streamline workflows, and improve performance metrics.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proficiency in advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 8-10 years of experience leading Lean programs at the site level with a proven track record in Lean transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with supply chain tools such as Coupa-Llamasoft, Kinaxis, Infor Control, and SAP ERP.
