Requirements

  • Review, analyze, and propose risk mitigation strategies for the company's contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, tenders, and service agreements.
  • Serve as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 certification.
  • Ensure processes and documentation comply with MAS Payment Services Act Regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contractual terms with external parties and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel regarding legal advice and costs.
  • Participate in negotiations with relevant parties and external legal counsel.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews of business activities.
  • Maintain policies and SOPs related to the Major Payment Institution License.
  • Manage Board of Directors profiles, meeting schedules, and minutes.
  • Support mitigation processes aligned with organizational SOPs.
  • Assist internal stakeholders with process, procedure, and contract training materials.
  • Support the company's Personal Data Protection Program, maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with PDPA.
  • Perform other compliance duties as assigned by the Head of Finance & Compliance and CEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Management, or related field; Professional Certificate in Legal Studies or relevant qualification if without a Law Degree.
  • 8-10 years of experience in compliance, legal contracts, and administration.
  • Experience managing contracts, PDPA, and regulatory compliance is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Payment Services Act is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
