Requirements
- Review, analyze, and propose risk mitigation strategies for the company's contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, tenders, and service agreements.
- Serve as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 certification.
- Ensure processes and documentation comply with MAS Payment Services Act Regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contractual terms with external parties and partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel regarding legal advice and costs.
- Participate in negotiations with relevant parties and external legal counsel.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews of business activities.
- Maintain policies and SOPs related to the Major Payment Institution License.
- Manage Board of Directors profiles, meeting schedules, and minutes.
- Support mitigation processes aligned with organizational SOPs.
- Assist internal stakeholders with process, procedure, and contract training materials.
- Support the company's Personal Data Protection Program, maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with PDPA.
- Perform other compliance duties as assigned by the Head of Finance & Compliance and CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Management, or related field; Professional Certificate in Legal Studies or relevant qualification if without a Law Degree.
- 8-10 years of experience in compliance, legal contracts, and administration.
- Experience managing contracts, PDPA, and regulatory compliance is essential.
- Knowledge of the Payment Services Act is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
