Job description

He/She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing operations, tenant relations, and market analysis to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets and maximize rental revenue for office and retail properties.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders to drive leasing activity and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and tenant preferences, and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
  4. Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and extensions, ensuring terms are favorable and in alignment with company objectives.
  5. Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant needs, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  6. Oversee lease administration processes, including lease documentation, financial analysis, and reporting.
  7. Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and lease disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to management on leasing activity, market trends, and performance metrics.
  9. Stay informed of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to leasing and property management.

Requirements

  1. Degree in a related field with about 8 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding leasing targets and driving revenue growth, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  3. Proficiency in lease analysis, financial modeling, and lease administration software is required, as well as up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends.
