Job Summary
Based in Emerson's Asia Pacific HQ in Singapore, you will collaborate with customers and drive the KOB2 project business for Flow Controls across Asia Pacific.
You will also collaborate with channel/direct sales offices, end users, EPCs and licensors to differentiate and bring value, leading to Fisher preference on projects.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible for delivering KOB2 project target
Drive and coordinate KOB2 project strategy for all the regions within Asia Pacific
Work closely with Emerson direct sales offices and local business partners to develop contacts and relationships with the customers to deliver project specific value proposition and drive preference
Provide visibility to the FCV senior management on the growth plan and KOB2 dynamics across Asia Pacific
Work with Emerson business units and GP3 teams for identified strategic pursuits
Actively coordinate and pursue end users for spec influence, product differentiation and end user value creation leading to Fisher preference
Identify growth segments and industry changes; implement strategies that drive KOB2 project business
Lead engagement for Asia Pacific destination projects at FEED stage
Organize and conduct technical presentations at key end-user sites, EPC & FEED consultants on Emerson capabilities, differentiation, and creating a preference for Flow Controls products and solutions
Building up specifications for major projects from the pre-tender stage by working in conjunction with the EPC/FEED consultants and influencing specs for the Flow Control range of products
Engage technology licensors locally and internationally and coordinate with global teams
Formulate Asia Pacific EPC's engagement plan to drive differentiation and manage relationship
Support regional teams with management approvals for pursuits with strategic importance
Support enterprise functional teams with the forecast for demand and supply planning
Lead, strategize and pursue non-core industry segment (Adjacent spaces & Opportunities) projects
Funnel management and demand creation by tracking brownfield investments, white space analysis, emerging growth segments, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering is preferred
Must be proficient in English
Six (6) years minimum experience in sales environment in the valve industry
Understanding of the global environment and business trends in the process industry
Effective communication and influencing skills
Experience working with matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Proven record of working with end users and EPCs in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, chemical, power and other hybrid industries
