seeks a senior IT leader to develop and execute the IT roadmap for Porsche Asia Pacific, aligning with Porsche AG's strategy and governance. You will manage project planning and budgets with HQ and external vendors, lead digital transformation including cloud, AI and BI initiatives, and ensure information security, risk management, and business continuity while developing the local IT team.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 8-10 years in IT operations, infrastructure and project management, incl. leadership.
• Strong PM, stakeholder reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft technologies and cloud.
• Solid information security, cyber security, privacy, risk management.
• Excellent communication and English.
• Independent and proactive in a multicultural environment.

Job description

• Develop and execute the IT roadmap for Porsche Asia Pacific in alignment with the Porsche AG's IT strategy, standards and governance requirements
• Manage IT project planning, budgeting and implementation, working closely with Porsche AG, business units and external vendors
• Lead the adoption of digital transformation and innovation initiatives, including cloud solutions, AI capabilities, business intelligence tools to support business goals
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects in coordination with headquarters, managing vendors and system integrators
• Ensure compliance with information security, including but not limited to cyber security, data privacy and corporate policies, while maintaining effective risk management, business continuity and disaster-recovery procedures
• Lead and develop local IT team and external service providers, allocating resources across day-to-day operations and project delivery to meet service levels and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations including endpoint management, patching and security updates, user support, IT asset inventory controls and life-cycle management to ensure accurate asset records, effective asset tracking and timely service and maintenance renewals

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a relevant discipline
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure and project management, including several years in a leadership role, preferably in an international environment
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and reporting skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, infrastructure management and digital transformation initiatives
• Good understanding of information security, cyber security, data privacy, IT governance, risk management and business continuity principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English
• Independent, accountable and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and deliver results with minimal supervision
