Job summary

Porsche Asia Pacific in Singapore is offering an internship to support the PR & Communications function across 13 markets. You will help plan and execute integrated campaigns, assist with product launches, and contribute to flagship Porsche events.

You will also help produce organic social media content and digital assets, ensure CI compliance, and track media performance. The role requires excellent English, strong writing, and the ability to work with diverse teams; five-day week, full-time

Responsibilities

  • Support the PR & Communications function across Porsche Asia Pacific in 13 markets.
  • Partner with regional and local stakeholders to align communications initiatives and priorities.
  • Contribute to end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns, product launches and flagship events.
  • Assist in producing organic social media content and digital assets for regional channels.
  • Ensure all materials meet Porsche CI standards and brand governance.
  • Manage regional media relations infrastructure and press databases.
  • Track media monitoring and social analytics to support strategy and decisions.
  • Support budget administration and procurement processes for PR initiatives.

Job description

  • Support the PR & Communications function in delivering strategic business and brand objectives for Porsche Asia Pacific across 13 markets.
  • Partner with regional and local stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to align communications initiatives, campaign execution, and market-specific priorities.
  • Contribute to end-to-end planning and execution of integrated communications campaigns, product launches, and flagship Porsche events, including post-event PR performance analysis and reporting.
  • Support the production and development of organic social media content and digital assets, helping drive always-on brand storytelling and engagement across regional channels.
  • Ensure all communications materials, press assets, and campaign deliverables adhere to Porsche Corporate Identity (CI) standards and brand governance requirements.
  • Manage regional media relations infrastructure, including the Porsche Press Database and the Porsche Newsroom Asia Pacific, supporting the effective dissemination of press communications.
  • Track, analyse, and derive insights from media monitoring and social media performance reports to support communications strategy and decision-making.
  • Support budget administration, procurement processes, and financial tracking for PR and communications initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and governance compliance.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Arts, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, editing, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively with diverse stakeholders, including media, agencies, and regional teams.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, hard deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across communications materials and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated intercultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across diverse markets and cultures.
  • A proactive, resourceful, critical-thinking and collaborative team player who can work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related fields will be advantageous.
  • Full-time availability (five working days per week) throughout the internship period.
