A leading hospitality player in Singapore is looking for a Manager of Investments to oversee the investment process, including analysis and execution of transactions. Candidates should have a strong background in the real estate or hospitality sector, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
As part of the Investment team, you will play a key role in overseeing the entire investment process from start to finish. This includes identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting thorough analysis and due diligence, structuring deals, and executing transactions. The role also involves managing transaction activities, evaluating investment performance and risks, and preparing detailed investment recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the real estate or hospitality industry. Candidates with prior experience in hospitality will be preferred. Prior exposure to regional markets or UK/Europe would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone with a keen eye for detail, analytical, communicative and collaborative.
