Responsibilities

1. Manage a team of Investigator Management Specialists, including performance appraisals, professional development, and employee counseling.
2. Assign project work, review workload, and establish goals to enhance team skills and knowledge.
3. Guide team members on reviewing and understanding sponsor and site contracts.
4. Ensure timely and accurate sponsor reporting.
5. Foster positive relationships with other departments and participate in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, preferably within a CRO or service industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with management experience.
• Experience with legal and contracting parameters is preferred.
• Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to manage priorities and adapt under stress.
