JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the insurance industry.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
• Drive business development efforts by leveraging your established network within the insurance sector.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional IT consulting experience (experience with CRM, modernization, AI analysis , RPA and/or BRP will be a plus)
• Experience as a Project Manager, overseeing project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Established network and strong connections within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients).
• Self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
