Overview
Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
Digital engagement with HSG CRM
Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM
Responsible for business-as-usual operations of the CRM
Monitor progress and update to management on a periodic basis
Support the HealthSG Taskgroup meetings.
Support NUHS teams in running campaigns according to NUHS Comms editorial calendar, and NUHS event calendar
Manage stakeholder engagements to adjust and implement changes to the operational workflows and service delivery for better outcomes
Development of RHSO Learning Management System
Define the strategy and roadmap for RHSO’s learning management system (LMS).
Devise and optimize workflow processes
Engage and support stakeholders, perform requirements gathering and ensure operational feasibility.
Perform procurement of LMS (new or renewal) including contracts and agreements review with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for business-as-usual operations and managing of resources (manpower, budget, etc) for RHSO’s learning management system.
May include use of multimedia and digital software in graphic design, video editing, web/UI/UX development and animation creation.
Data governance and protection
Work with data protection leads from other Divisions to ensure RHSO compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and MOH’s data-related policies and initiatives
Provide support/ advice on enquiries from other Divisions for use-cases or initiatives that would require data related actions (e.g. storage, transfer, encryption).
Provide incident management advice and/or support as needed and ensure that data incidents and breaches are responded to and managed effectively.
Review Data Sharing Agreements that may be entered into between RHSO and other organizations when needed
Plan and develop training and communications materials for RHSO staff
Requirements
A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably within healthcare industry
Relevant working experience in product management for IT or learning management systems (2 years min), with previous deployment of educational IT resources as a plus
Experience in managing interactions and integration across different departments/teams
Proficiency in the domain of data protection, data governance and PDPA obligations
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in UI/UX development, digital design, animation and video editing work as a plus
