Job description

What The Role Is

You will be part of a team that undertakes the planning, implementation, and review of MINDEF/SAF's innovation objectives and outcomes.

What You Will Be Working On
  1. Champion understanding of organisational requirements and user needs
  2. Design, develop, and scale processes, services, and products
  3. Seek opportunities to enhance innovation, digital, and data proliferation and adoption
  4. Collaborate and co-create with business owners and experts
  5. Amplify work efficacies and encourage a culture of experimentation
  6. Incentivise new ways of thinking and working
Challenge(s)
  1. Keeping abreast of new developments and practices in the Public Service, academia, and industry
  2. Making sense of emerging trends to ensure sound recommendations
What We Are Looking For
  1. At least 6 years of work experience in organisational transformation and innovation fields is preferred
  2. Knowledge in business digitalisation, human-centred design, communications, and change management
  3. Good project and stakeholder management skills
  4. Empathetic approach to problem-solving
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  7. Ability to facilitate collaborations with colleagues and other public agency officers
  8. Understanding of business and product development principles
  9. Agile mindset and approach to daily work
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
