What The Role Is
You execute the infrastructure sustainment, day-to-day operations (carpark management, security for new CMPB) and/or Integrated Facilities Management (FM) for the Gombak Precinct (new CMPB, MINDEF Buildings).
What You Will Be Working On
- Oversee security and safety operations
- Manage building operations and facilities maintenance
- Review and execute FM workflow processes
- Implement digital facilities management solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop robust contracting strategies
- Conduct periodic building consumption audits
- Manage stakeholder relationships
Challenge(s)
- Managing complex security operations across multiple agencies
- Implementing new technologies
- Keeping current with emerging security threats and FM trends
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in security, estate or facilities management
- Professional certifications in sustainability (e.g. Green Mark Accredited Professional, Singapore Certified Energy Manager), fire safety, facilities management and project management is advantageous
- Security Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is advantageous
- Forward-looking with a keen ability to grasp, create, and communicate concepts
- Ability to multi-task and lead the team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric attitude
- Good stakeholder management
- Knowledge and interest in staying current on new emerging security threats and technical expertise on Security Management experience
