A leading organization seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and implement maintenance plans for infrastructure sustainability. Qualifications

About the role
You ensure projects progress as scheduled, develop and implement maintenance plans for infrastructure sustainability, and conduct regular inspections and evaluations to identify issues.

What you will be working on

• Manage infrastructure project timelines
• Develop maintenance plans
• Conduct regular inspections

• Perform Knowledge Management
• Provide critical feedback on operational performance and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain maintenance standards and guidelines

Challenge(s)

• Being familiar with and cognisant of guidelines and directives for infrastructure-related developments
• Understanding and implementing guidelines accordingly
• Ensuring compliance across projects

What we are looking for

• Education in Engineering, Logistics or Building Infrastructure disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management is preferred
• Understanding of Building Infrastructure (BI) policies
• Technical knowledge of BI systems
• Resourceful and meticulous
• Excellent communication skills
• Stakeholder management abilities
