Job description

What the role is:

You ensure projects progress as scheduled, develop and implement maintenance plans for infrastructure sustainability, and conduct regular inspections and evaluations to identify issues.

What you will be working on:

- Manage infrastructure project timelines
- Develop maintenance plans
- Conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate maintenance teams
- Perform Knowledge Management
- Provide critical feedback on operational performance and recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain maintenance standards and guidelines
Challenges:

- Being familiar with and cognisant of guidelines and directives for infrastructure-related developments
- Understanding and implementing guidelines accordingly
- Ensuring compliance across projects

What we are looking for:

- Education in Engineering, Logistics or Building Infrastructure disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management is preferred
- Understanding of Building Infrastructure (BI) policies
- Technical knowledge of BI systems
- Resourceful and meticulous
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to multitask
