Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager, Information Technology to lead and drive our cloud partnerships, automation, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing strategic alliances with cloud providers and a deep technical understanding of cloud platforms and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture strategic partnerships with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Lead partner enablement activities and align joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies

Oversee partner portal reporting, benefits tracking, and funding claims

Support marketing efforts, case studies, and events leveraging cloud partner recognition

Develop and maintain dashboards for partner earnings and opportunity tracking

Drive process and infrastructure automation using industry-standard tools

Optimize deployment pipelines and ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and security

Oversee cloud-native and hybrid cloud deployments

Collaborate with internal teams to align IT strategy with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

Professional Experience

Minimum 8 years of working experience in the IT domain

At least 8 years managing cloud vendor/partner relationships

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Cloud and Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of cloud platforms and architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Experience with partner dashboards and GTM execution

Proficiency in cloud tools like Amazon Q, AWS Bedrock, and PowerBI

Skilled in automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jira)

Linux/Unix system expertise and scripting (Python, Perl, Shell)

Experience with data processing pipelines and microservices architecture

Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB preferred)

Familiarity with cloud cost management and FinOps practices

Soft Skills

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience creating innovative partnership models and marketing strategies

Results-oriented with strong reporting and performance analysis capabilities
