Job description

We are searching for a Business Analyst Lead! You will be part of the Information Technology team and will be leading the team of IT Business Analysts to deliver projects related to Scoot's Operations. You will work closely with the business users to deliver IT solutions in Scoot.

Business Analysis

• Elicit and document business requirements
• Participate in process review and suggest solutions for automation and transformation
• Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
• Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements
• Design solution behavior and processes
• Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications
• Propose and define the functional requirements

Project Management

• Work with multiple cross-department stakeholders to manage and deliver solutions for company projects, including conducting steering committee meetings, defining project roles and responsibilities, tracking issues, and managing project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with Technical Analysts and Developers to develop technical solutions
• Coordinate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners to deliver solutions
• Prepare project documentation and oversee solution delivery
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, user training, and pre- and post-implementation activities
• Provide regular progress and status updates to project stakeholders
• Measure and report Return on Investment (ROI)
