Manager, Information Technology

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning and execution.
2. Identify new business opportunities, technologies, and markets.
3. Translate company vision into actionable operational plans.
4. Oversee daily operations across departments (e.g., Development, IT Infrastructure, Support, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance).
5. Ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
6. Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
7. Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
8. Monitor and manage company performance against KPIs.
9. Identify and mitigate business risks.
10. Guide technology adoption aligned with business strategy.

Job Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 in a senior management or executive role.
3. Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT service models.
4. Proven track record of operational leadership and business growth.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Experience with budget planning and financial management.
7. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
8. Results-driven and performance-focused.
