Job Description

1. Oversee the integration and optimization of the company’s ERP and MES systems, including Business Central and Power BI.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define system requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
3. Manage the systems updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting for ERP and MES environments, including Business Central and Power BI.
4. Conduct regular training for all staff on IT & OT.
5. Manage all the company’s servers and MSO365 environment.
6. Establish, review, implement, and uphold the effective implementation of IT policies, infrastructure, and operations protocols regularly, aligning with company digitalization transformation initiatives, including cyber security protection & cloud migration plans.
7. Provide helpdesk and on-site technical support for all staff on hardware/software/operating systems issues.
8. Be part of the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) team in the fulfillment of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Cyber Security Incident Response Plan.
9. Conduct regular IT audits on system administration, operations, and processes.
10. Track IT Assets/Equipment, purchase IT-related equipment, and control IT-related inventories.
11. Maintain and implement systems and IT administrative documentation including SOP and operational workflows.
12. Ensure infrastructure support for current and future needs, particularly in alignment with expansion projects.
13. Handle annual budgets, reviewing quarterly expenses and achieve value optimization.
14. Manage any other new IT-related projects and activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
15. Lead the Information Technology/Information Communication Technology (ICT) department.
16. Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses.
17. Overall in charge of the cyber security protection for the company including the implementation of systematic risk mitigation plans, preservation of company data and information security, IT Networks infrastructure structures, network access, firewall, antivirus, and backup systems.
18. Regularly review, update, and maintain the company’s cybersecurity policy through proactive planning and deliver management reports on IT security.
19. Oversee IT infrastructure at the repair center in the US, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall IT policies and standards. Ensure seamless network connectivity between the headquarters and repair center.
20. Provide IT technical support to the repair center for potential integration of customer return applications with the company ERP system.

Requirements:

1. Degree in computer science/information science (or related field) preferable with min. 8 years IT internal/external project management experience; Or
2. Diploma in computer science/information science (or related field) preferable with min. 10 years IT internal/external project management experience.
3. Experience in IT infrastructure design.
4. Experience in setting and maintaining hybrid Cloud architecture.
5. Experience with cyber security, and risk fixing from internal and external penetration on running systems.
6. Must embrace and be keen on continuous lifelong learning.
7. Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
8. Good communication skills (verbal/written).
9. Good teamwork.
